Pelvisana is a wellness and physical exercise application designed to support pelvic floor muscle training through guided exercises.

Pelvisana is NOT a substitute for professional medical diagnosis or treatment.

• The app does not provide medical diagnoses
• It does not replace consultation with health professionals
• If you experience pain, persistent discomfort, or have specific medical conditions, consult your doctor or physiotherapist before starting any exercise program

App usage

You agree to:

• Use the app responsibly
• Not perform exercises if you experience pain
• Consult a health professional if you have questions

Intellectual property

All Pelvisana content (videos, text, design, code) is protected by copyright and is the property of Pelvisana.

Limitation of liability

Pelvisana is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for injuries or damages arising from the use of the app.

Changes

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication.
