Your privacy is our priority

At Pelvisana, we understand pelvic health is intimate and personal. That’s why we designed the app with privacy as a core principle.

Data we do NOT collect

• We do not collect personally identifiable data (such as name, email, or phone number)
• We do not store the content of your assessments or clinical data on external servers (everything is stored exclusively on your device)
• We do not use third-party advertising or marketing trackers
• We do not share any personal or clinical data with third parties
• We do not require creating an account

Local storage

All app data (your progress, assessments, and preferences) is stored exclusively on your device. This means:

• You have full control over your data
• You can delete all data at any time
• The app can work fully offline

Technical crash reports (Sentry)

To improve the stability and performance of the application, we send technical crash reports automatically (enabled by default, can be disabled in Settings). These reports may include: application version, platform and operating system version, device model, type of error and technical trace (stack trace), the screen where the error occurred, and the language/region configured on the device.

These reports intentionally do not include: name, email, or any personal identifier, content of clinical assessments, screenshots, or screen view hierarchy. They are processed anonymously using Sentry (sentry.io) exclusively to detect and fix malfunctions.

You can disable the sending of diagnostic reports at any time from the app in Settings → Privacy & diagnostics.

Anonymous use

Pelvisana is designed to work anonymously. You do not need to provide your name, email, or any other personal data to use the app.

Referral codes

If you enter in the app a code from a person or a clinic who recommended it to you, we store a pseudonymous link between your anonymous account and that code, together with the payment identifiers returned by the App Store or Google Play, solely to calculate the referrer’s commission. That person does not know who you are: they only see totals. If you delete your account while the subscription remains active in the store, we keep only those pseudonymous payment identifiers, for as long as accounting obligations require.

Affiliate programme

The affiliate programme is available in Catalan and Spanish to Spanish tax residents. If you join, ArnoHealth SL (VAT B67073684, Av. Gran Via de les Corts Catalanes 699, 08013 Barcelona) processes your name, email, affiliate type and, when you request payment, your tax ID, address and IBAN (encrypted) to manage the collaboration, pay commissions and meet tax obligations.
